Get Real's 30 minute Power Workout class with high intensity, bodyweight exercises that target your hot spots and build power, strength & endurance.  Combined with Danica Pion’s 30 minute recovery yoga session you will be ready to hit the slopes.

Natasha and Ian Lockey created Get Real Coaching to help people take their lives to the next level.  Whatever is holding you back we are here to help you Get Real with where you are at, so you can get to where you want to be.  

 

Get Real currently offers personal and bootcamp style fitness training.  The Turbulence Training program is about getting you results - FAST.  With no workouts longer than 30mins we will help you acheive your Fat Loss goals and get you in shape for the sports you love to do, and the life you love to live. 

 

Our programs are for busy individuals who would rather be on a bike, board, skis and with their families than in the gym in their spare time.  If you are looking to get into shape, increase agility, strength & speed as well as drop any extra pounds this is the program for you!!

Natasha has a passion for being her best.  She strives to improve daily in her all areas of her life and wants to share that journey with others.

 

Natasha has her Tubulence Training certification and is keen to share this type of fitness with the world.

 

Outside of the gym Natasha is a Mountain Bike coach, Cat Ski Guide, Snow Shoe Guide and lover of the outdoors.

Ian Lockey

PERSONAL TRAINER

 

Ian is a Paralympian who has experienced just about everything when it comes to being an athlete.

 

From injuries and setbacks, weight loss and weight gain.  Fighting through disability and the 'I Can'ts' has taught him how to be the best he can be.
