Kootenay Mountain Bike Coaching is your destination for guided tours of the Kootenays. From Railgrade scenic adventures to Full day Downhill shuttling our guides can give you the experience you are looking for. Working with our associate company Mountain Shuttle we have many options; choose from one of our weekend adventures or customize your trip to your group.

MountainSHUTTLE: The Kootenays Bike Shuttle Service

We offer both guided and unguided Shuttle services that include one trail drops, half day rides and full day riding.

Seven Summits Shuttle - $25pp - Available everyday throughout the Summer. ​
Seven Summits Guide - $189* (1-4ppl) Additional Riders $25pp up to 8ppl.
Group Rides: Pick Up 6pm Outside Revolution Cycles - $20pp - 4ppl (min $80) for shuttle to run

Ride with Kootenay Mountain Biking and we will show you the hidden jems of the Kootenay Trail networks. Enhance your Seven Summits Trail Ride or Day Shuttle with the knowledge of a local.

RIDES:
SCENIC RIDES:
Focuses toward beginner rider and non-technical terrain, with beautiful views and fun trails.
PEDALING RIDES:
Focuses toward intermediate to strong riders (a good range of trails available to suit your comfort level). Expect to experience some Kootenay style riding!
GRAVITY RIDE: All Mountain, Freeride or Downhill
Focus is on going downhill and seeing some of the trails that put Rossland and the Kootenays on the Mountain Biking Map. Let us take you on some locals classics and get your heart beating, even with a shuttle up the mountain.
HOURLY RATES: (1 - 4ppl)
2 hrs – $109
3 hrs – $134
4hrs – $169
6hrs – $250 (day rate)
Additional Rider(s): $15/hr per person + Tax
If a guide is what you need, choose the type of ride you want, for example, the 3hr Scenic Tour, or Pedaling Ride, DH Ride, etc., and let us know how many hours you’d like to go for! Easy!​

The Kootenays are a spectacular area. Come ride with us through our breathtaking scenery. 
Our Tours range from day trips to weekend adventures. Railgrade Trails to the Seven Summits we provide something for bikers of all levels. Take some time out for you and join us for a day on your bike.

Seven Summits Hangover
Trails suited to your riding! 4 hours: $99pp - (min 4, max 8)
Get a taste of Rossland’s trail network. Perfect for the day after (or before) the 7 Summits.
Let us take you to our favourite trails, show you the best line with the shuttle to enable you to do more riding in one day than is possible otherwise.
Creme d’la Creme Mountain Bike Experience
8 hours: $124pp - (min 4, max 8) 40kms (36kms of flowy downhill)
Looking to make the most of your Rossland experience? You will have trouble wiping the smile off your face after this one - we will show you the best we have to offer packed into one day! Even hardcore pedal enthusiasts will appreciate this experience - better than riding the bike park!
Red Mountain Pedal Loop
2 hours: $29pp (min 4, max 8)
Explore the epic pedal Trails on Red Mountain right out the back door with a guide to show you the line and the best route to take!
Railgrade Day Trip
4-5 hours: $119 PP, 40kms of biking
Can choose between Paulson to Castlegar, Paulson to Christina Lake, or the Slocan Valley.
Looking for a unique laid back experience that all levels of bikers can enjoy?
Join us for a scenic roll down the historic railgrade. Take the path less travelled and soak up the history of days long gone,
with a 2% downhill grade this is leisurely way to spend your day rolling through the countryside.
Includes: shuttle, packed lunch, guide (min 4ppl - group discounts available)

Visiting from out of town? Just want a break from the household chores?
Come stay at the Red Shutter Inn starting at $60 per night
You can add various breakfast options for $15PP, a packed lunch for $15 PP,
and/or a homecooked dinner for $30 PP

Kids Day Camps
Half Day and Full Day Available.
Leave the kids with us and we will increase their love of biking, fine tune their technique and show them a great day on their bikes!

Let our certified Guides shuttle you to a trail that will provide the whole family with the right level of challenge along with optional coaching that will build confidence and leave you all with big smiles and great memories!
