Our concept from the start has been to create a fun environment where you can meet other ladies of the same level, learn new skills, build confidence and learn the local trail network. Each of the series includes controlled environment skills sessions, shuttled bike rides, apres riding, video analysis, prizes and more. Join us for a great riding experience that will boost your confidence and get you inspired to ride your bike more!!

"Learn to Ride" (Lvl 1)
Ladies Mountain Biking Progression Sessions
​ WHO IS THIS SERIES FOR:
​
Great for NEW RIDERS: Learn new skills and build the confidence to ride beginner and intermediate trails.
Develop the confidence and skills to ride trails safely and efficiently with Progression Session: Learn to Ride. This 4-week program is ideal for those who are new to the sport or who are new to trails and would like to build their confidence and skills.
​
The first session will be held in a controlled environment, allowing riders to practice and fine tune their skills. The following three sessions will be on local trails; working on applying your skills and your biking endurance. The series will include a bike fit and maintenance session, bike fitness, nutrition and a shuttled trail ride to finish the series.

"All Mountain" (Lvl 3)
Ladies Mountain Biking Progression Sessions
WHO IS THIS SERIES FOR:
Great for INTERMEDIATE - STRONG INTERMEDIATE RIDERS:
Develop your DH/FR skills; Cornering, Flow & Features. Step up to the next level to ride the steeper more technical trails with confidence.
This 4-week program is designed to develop well-rounded technical skills over 4 sessions; learn a foundation of intermediate/advanced technical skills and build confidence on the more technical trails of the Rossland trail network. You will complete these sessions with enhanced riding skills, confidence, fitness and be inspired to ride more.

The first session will work on the proper techniques of advanced downhill & freeride biking skills in a controlled environment. The following three sessions riders will be shuttled to trails that will include: Pale Ale/Milky Way (cornering, berms, rock rolls and small jumps), Larch/BS or SMD (cornering, berms, features, line selection, flow), Spring Cleaning (Rock features, highly technical single track downhill, steep, line selection). Join us to work on applying your skills and your biking endurance.

Starting on our specifically designed features we will build your confidence and skills; Straight line riding, cornering teeter toters, manuals & drops. This will enable you to increase your speed, flow and ability to hit the features and use the trail to build speed and have more fun.

WHO IS THIS SERIES FOR:
Great for INTERMEDIATE RIDERS: Develop your skills to ride more confidently on steeper, faster and more technical trails!
This 4-week program is designed to develop well-rounded technical skills over 4 sessions; learn a foundation of intermediate technical skills and build confidence on the technical style trails of the Rossland trail network. You will complete these sessions with enhanced riding skills, confidence, fitness and be inspired to ride more.
The first session will be held in a controlled environment, allowing riders to practice and fine tune their skills. The following three sessions riders will be shuttled to trails that may include; Red Head/Techno Grind (technical climbing & descending), Larch/Monte Cola (climbing, cornering, speed & small natural features) & combining it all on Milky Way (cornering, berms, rock rolls and small jumps). Our last rides may be heading into the dark - we will share with you the fun of night riding - safely!! Join us to work on applying your skills and build your biking endurance.
