AM I A Beginner OR Intermediate?
Trying to figure out which program will fit you?
The Beginner series is for ladies looking to build their confidence. We will work on our foundation skills of Body position, Braking, Gearing, Line Selection and Steering with the focus on getting you comfortable on your bike.
The Intermediate Series is for the ladies that are confident on their bikes and looking to find the flow and speed on the trail. You know you can go faster but are frustrated by switchbacks and corners (up and down) and how to generate more flow and deal with those technical features that either you've tried but don't feel solid or have been looking to try!
