Moonlight Snowshoe and Fondue

Leave the world behind for an evening and experience the magic of a winter's night on a Moonlight Snowshoe Tour that will take you out to backcountry cabin to enjoy apres under the stars.  

Your guide will lead you into the wilderness and share information about the local area, navigation techniques and a little bit of snow science.  Have you ever seen a snow crystal under a microscope?

Beginning with an 1.5 hour snowshoe tour customized to your groups ability we will guide you through beautiful forest trails, guests will then enjoy a cabin fire, and apres from hot chocolate to full fondue dinner at our cozy winter cabin.  

The journey takes you into the Rossland Range and offers beautiful views overlooking the picturesque Columbia Valley.  An experience for everyone to enjoy, families with children 8 years and older, and adults who want to experience a spectacular evening under the stars.

Guided Day Trips

Our Snowshoe Day Trips are a great opportunity to get out and explore your backyard.  

We have tours for all levels from those just getting started in Snowshoeing to our experts.

We will be exploring the trails at Nancy Green Summit at your pace; ladies of all levels can enjoy this activity.  With great views we will be stopping to catch our breath, enjoy the beauty and getting photos to prove we were there!  

This is a great way to spend your Sunday morning!  The Highlight of the trip will be homemade gourmet lunch in the trailhead cabin at the end.  Don’t forget your camera the views are spectacular!

Celebrate the beauty of the Full Moon with our professional guides.  Get out onto the trails around Red Resort that only your guide knows.  They will find you the best snow and best views for enjoying the evening under the full moon.  

Your guide will lead you into the wilderness and share information about the local area, navigation techniques and a little bit of snow science.  Have you ever seen a snow crystal under a microscope?

This 2 hour tour will be customized to your group, all levels welcome.  The tour will end with a bonfire at the Get Lost Adventure Centre and hot chocolate.
